Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: If it's dirty and it's work, we do it. We work in neighborhoods and urban areas, with both homeowners and builders, to do the thing that no one wants to do to get it done. Our goal for homeowners is simple -- to quickly, competently, affordably, and professionally handle all of your home improvement needs. We know that as your home ages, things change. We also know that sometimes things get messy, things catch on fire, things explode, and things get so out of control that you can't always handle it yourself. That's where we come in. Our goal for builders is about results -- to professionally handle all of your site services, on time and on budget, with one simple phone call. We know the biggest challenges for a superintendent is finding enough time to complete tasks while maintaining the appearance of the job site. Dirty Work will help you with both. Don't call one company for your plumbing and another for trash, grading, environmental controls, security fencing, demolition, and so on. As your site services contractor, we seek to consolidate those needs to save you time and money. One of the ways we deliver on this is by always being there to answer calls, address any concerns, and fix problems of all shapes and sizes. We are realistic, and we understand construction. We understand that in this business, mistakes happen, but we differentiate ourselves by always being available to listen, react, repair, and rebuild. We build lasting and trusting relationships with our builder clients by doing whatever they need, when they need it. This has earned one of our owners a seat as president for the National Association of Remodelers Institute's Austin chapter, vendor membership in the CB-USA Austin chapter, and a number of satisfied home builders, remodelers, and commercial general contractors.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

When it comes to junk removal jobs we handle two main types: residential jobs and builders jobs. For residential clients, we haul away household junk and yard waste the most. Sometimes, the clients will also need us to do a couple of other tasks around the house such as power washing their home, fixing their flower gardens, etc. We try to do whatever they need to get their home looking its best. For builders, we mostly haul construction waste to the recycling facility or provide demolition services. We specialize in selective demolition jobs for builders and homeowners.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Interview junk removal companies before hiring them. Ask if they have insurance. Ask where your junk will end up and ask for a custom quote. At Dirty Work, we ask our clients to send us a photo of their job, so we can give them the most accurate quote possible. Interview demolition companies as well. Ask about insurance and prices as well as their amount of experience and their specializations. If the company isn't happy to answer your questions, don't hire them!
