Introduction: I've always had a strong lust for travel and adventure. I was born in Houston, over 6,500 miles away from my second childhood home, Tokyo. I found my passion of photography at the age of 16 when I packed by bags and moved to Florence, Italy. My love for the arts was discovered in school at Liceo Artistico Leon Battista Alberti, an art academy in Florence. Living abroad inspired me to showcase the beauty of the Italian culture through my eyes as a student on a platform called Youtube. All of my free time was consumed with filming and editing my everyday life as an American abroad. Throughout my entire childhood I had always been curious of unknown lands, customs and beliefs. Although photography had grown to be a passion of mine, my childhood dream of becoming a US ambassador based in Europe took me to international business school at University College Dublin in Dublin, Ireland. My mind was set on a career in international business until I was inspired by a video made by Amir Zakeri and Charly Jordan that changed my life. As their cinematic short film was based in Hawai'i, I then took it upon myself to book a trip with a group of 5 models and photographers to fly out to the pacific. I immediately fell in love with nature and the arts in a brand new way, I couldn't get enough of it. Photography has given me the opportunity to meet people around the world, embrace new cultures, and take an emotion or feeling and express it into a piece of art that I can then share with the world. My goal is to showcase beautiful destinations and cultures worldwide from a unique perspective and inspire people to live a life fulfilled by helping the world and people who surround us.
