I was really excited when I started working for Miss company as a contractor cleaning the Sephora's in Austin but I was really disappointed when my efforts to go above and beyond to do a thorough cleaning were hindered by the protocol I was to adhere to. They were uninterested in hearing my ideas concerning the cleaning schedule and they actually wanted me to spend last time and effort on my work. I mean there is a real concern for sanitation in an environment where customers are testing cosmetics and I think that their acceptance of mediocre subpar work is not only unprofessional but a health risk if cross-contamination glad to an outbreak of some herpes or something. Other than that my boss was a nice person and he was pretty understanding concerning my no transportation and being late occasionally issues and I'm sure that it had something to do with corporate or their contracts that led him to Embrace mediocrity instead of Excellence
