E.J. is a wonderful man with a strong work ethic. He did an amazing job preparing our deck by sanding areas and using a soft pressure washing technique with cleaners. He returned today and stained the entire deck and stairs, and it looks so fresh and beautiful now! I highly recommend The Local Dad!
I recently hired EJ for several exterior home improvement tasks, including cleaning and staining my fence, polishing the front door, and pressure washing the driveway. Overall, I’m very pleased with the results.
The fence looks refreshed and evenly stained, giving it a much cleaner and more polished appearance. The front door truly stands out now—it has a rich, polished finish that adds great curb appeal. The driveway was also thoroughly pressure washed, removing built-up dirt and grime and making a noticeable difference.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is different from residential to commercial. Price depends on the size of the project. I typically work with anyone on pricing and am very straight up with the price. If something happens that takes me longer to do the job, the price stays the same!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to understand every detail of the job from the customer up front so that there is no miscommunication. Customer service is key for me and I don't want the customer to have any unwanted surprises like change in price when it's all said and done!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been pressure washing various homes for about 10 years now and figured it would be a great time to start putting it out there!
