Massage is a creative art form of wellness that stems from passion, curiosity, intuition and lots of training. I draw on deep experience & a wide variety of modalities & approaches to healing and each session is specific to the client's needs at each visit
I like to incorporate various techniques, pulling from several modalities in order to create optimum relaxation, pain relief and a healthier & happier body. Each session is unique to each body and is designed to address the issues presented at the session. No two sessions are alike because I don't do routines. I use a combination of slow, long strokes to go beyond superficial layers and rejuvenating, flushing techniques to detoxify and refresh the system.
Feel free to request specific techniques that you’re interested in or know they work for you! All massages incluid CBD, essential oils, hot stones or heat treatment if necessary.
I graduated here in Austin, TX from the nationally renowned Lauterstein Conway Massage School and have mainly work with a Chiropractor since.
