Introduction: Our services are classified into the following: 1. Standard Service -- When the documents are obtained, we'll make our first attempt within 48 hours. There will be up to three attempts made within 5 days. 2. Rush Service -- If the documents are obtained prior to 10:00 a.m. (CST), we will make our first attempt within 12 hours. If the documents are obtained after 10:00 a. m. (CST), we will make our first attempt in 24 hours. There will be up to three attempts made within 3 days. Our rates are as follows: * Subpoenas: $65.00 * Summons: $65.00 * Service to Secretary of State: $65.00 plus fees to the secretary of state * Service to CSC Services: $65.00 * Skip Trace: $75 * Waiting Time (with pre-approval): $50/hour, with 1 hour minimum * Temporary Restraining Orders: $65.00 * Court Records Search (Travis and Williamson counties, with 1 hour minimum): $55.00 * Service in Travis, Bexar, Williamson, and Comal Counties: $65.00 * Notice to Appear: $65.00 * Rush Service (per document and per service): $25.00 * Protective Orders -- Travis, Bexar, Williamson, and Comal Counties: $65.00; Additional Address: $35.00 * Basic Filing of Court Documents -- Bexar , Comal, and Williamson Counties: $40.00; Travis county is free. * Document Filing in Bexar, Comal, and Williamson Counties: $40.00; Travis county is free. Additional documents that are served to the same individual and at the same location and time, will be billed at $35.00 for every extra document. Our turnaround time is 1 to 5 working days.
