It is left to be seen how the property is managed (just started this month), but the process leading up to it including feedback on the property, setting up walkthroughs and screening applicants has been made very easy by Darwin. They are very competitive with others I talked to.

Great Thumbtack experience. Fast turnaround time and professional company. Had to switch from my current Management company which was charging me a lot for simple maintenance requests. Got my feet wet as an out of state owner with Darwin Homes. Tim Henricks helped broker a deal on a home after I walked him through my investment goals and time horizon. We found a property in decent condition which could generate around $150 of cashflow immediately which is fairly unique in the Austin market. After the sale, he placed a resident within 17 days, move in 8 days later. Was able to start receiving checks before the first mortgage charge hit! Very impressed with their end to end service and their high-touch, local apporach.
