- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our residential management rate is 8% of gross rents and includes all of the following and more to make property management manageable for you: - Rent Collection - Accounting - 24/7 Web Portal Access - Lease Administration & Enforcement - Tenant Management - Asset Preservation - Expert Consultation - Vendor Relationships HOA, Commercial and Vacation Management Rates vary with the project and are available for a custom proposal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work to be very transparent, listing our rates and fees up front and being very clear about the services we provide. We can work with you in whatever way you are comfortable, either entirely online or in a face to face consultation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in business finance, with an MBA from the University of Texas and over 20 years experience in financial management, program management, deal management and vendor management in fortune 500 companies. I have teamed up with PMI, the premier property management company in the nation with over 200 franchises and over $5B in assets managed. PMI's training and franchise support are second to none in the industry. Additionally, I am a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and a candidate for Certified Manager of Community Associations® (CMCA®) and Residential Management Professional (RMP®).
