- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our property management rates are based on gross rental revenue and vary by rental type: Short-Term (under 31 days): 20% Mid-Term (monthly stays): 15% Long-Term (yearly leases): 10% All rates include full guest communication, cleaning coordination, and maintenance oversight — with no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every partnership begins with transparency and strategy: 1. I review your property and complete a full market analysis. 2. You’ll receive a customized profitability report based on comparable rentals and expenses. 3. After a property walkthrough, I finalize details and enter a management agreement. 4. From there, I handle your property’s setup and listing on the most effective platforms for your rental type (Airbnb, Booking.com, Zillow, etc.).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (2022) and currently manage a property directly, giving me hands-on experience with guest relations, operations, and property maintenance. In addition, I’m enrolled in the Short-Term Rental Management Course at SurgeU (2024–Present), a professional training program focused on optimizing revenue, hospitality standards, and property management best practices.
