- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is an all-inclusive package that doesn’t focus on the ‘nickel and diming’ commonly found with the larger management companies out there. Our main focus is keeping the costs for your property low and the budget for your community followed. We also pride ourselves on not up charging for maintenance items as we pass the expense on and the savings from our preferred vendors
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal at Titan is to establish a long working relationship with our customers. Once you make the right choice of going with us you will be introduced to our team and be given an online access to your personal portfolio. This allows for storage of all documents associated with your property for easy access.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Titan Real Estate, real estate is not only our background but our passion. Many of us not only own homes but investment properties in Central Texas. We understand the need for careful management of your most valuable asset. We stay up to date with the practices of our industry and have a team oriented process internally that allows a great collaborative experience for your property or association management.
