Lalo was very responsive throughout the job, and provided a clear quote at a fair price. the job was to fix critter damage on the roof underneath solar panels. he and his team were always early to the job, finished in the estimated time, and were even able to fit me in a day earlier than expected. Lalo did the initial inspection himself, was on the job, and provided plenty of pictures of the inspection and job. the whole transaction felt fair and just. they even fixed a random siding board that fell off the day before!

First time using Thumbtack and glad I found a roofer to repair my roof. Most places were just interested in replacing my roof. Lalo did an excellent job repairing shingles that a tree branch damaged and he found some other areas that needed attention too. I’m very happy with his work. Plus he’s very punctual and communicates well.

We had some major roof work that needed doing. Great initial quote (none of the "let's see what we can get away with" that's too common, just decent first time around, small negotiation and done). Decent offers for other things they found and could fix too. Work for as far as I could inspect is good. Even came back next day to do some detail finishing I spotted afterwards. This is who you want on your roof. I'll get them again. (Limited English but worked great with translator over phone.)
