- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $125 for a Comprehensive Roof Health Audit that includes a detailed inspection, drone photos and a written report. This fee is credited toward your repair or replacement if you hire us. Our minimum roof repair is $579; we do not perform small patch jobs. All materials are premium grade and installed to FORTIFIED standards. We offer financing to make high-quality work accessible. Because we focus on long-term value, we do not discount or price match.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule your paid Roof Health Audit ($125, credited toward your job). Our specialists perform a drone-based inspection, identify damage and deliver a written report with photos. We provide an itemized proposal with repair or replacement options; when approved, your audit fee is applied to the project. We execute the work with daily progress updates and provide post-job maintenance guidance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are FORTIFIED Wise–certified by the Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety (IBHS). This certification requires rigorous training and an exam demonstrating our mastery of resilient roof installation techniques. Our crew members also hold manufacturer certifications for premium shingles and metal roofs, and we stay current on new installation methods through annual continuing education. We invest in training on storm damage assessment, moisture detection and insurance claim procedures so we can advocate for our clients and deliver roofs that last decades.
