- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing model follows these two models depending on the type of project. 1. Managed Services is an IT audit fee to establish a baseline of where you are as an IT with a monthly cost per user for an all-in-one service provider experience with our own recipe of software services with wide coverage of areas from an IT perspective. 2. Access Control, Video Surveillance, AV Solutions and Structured Cabling projects typically begin with a free site walk and needs assessment, followed by a project proposal for hardware, materials, and installation. We can work with new construction and retro projects.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Management Information Systems along with various cyber and product certifications over the years.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in the mid-90's building computers, networks, servers, and telecom installations. Followed the many iterations of technological advancement in the IT infrastructure and admin space, to software development. Eventually came back to starting my own MSP with the focus on physical and cybersecurity.
