- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on what the client is needing. I shape all packages to fit the needs of the client and provide three from them to choose from. Pricing is usually dependent on number of platforms, what level of content creation is wanted, follower engagement and more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: All jobs will start with a discovery call, this is where I will get to know you, your business, and your needs for social media. This call is a great opportunity for us to see if this partnership will be a great fit. Step 2: After the discovery call, I will send over a branding proposal. This is where you will see which package you would like to choose and a description of the process we will take during our work together. Step 3: Yay! We're a fit and going to work together. Let's start with signing a contract to make sure we are all on the same page for this journey. Step 4: I'm going to audit your current social media accounts and send over a detailed social media strategy. It will include everything that is going to happen with the social media process. Step 5: Strategy Call. After I send over the social media strategy, we'll hop on a call to go over it and make sure we are on the same page. Step 6: Scheduling! We're here! Content is going to be scheduled and your platforms are going to really shine!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a strong passion for this field that started in college. I received my degree in Electronic Media and Mass Communications from Texas State University. During my time here I gained extensive knowledge in content creation, social media management, public relations, marketing, advertising and more. In college I also gained an internship at Austin Film Festival where I was an assistant editor for their TV show "On Story". There TV show was shown on PBS and I maintained the YouTube channel for it as well. Currently, I work for the City of Austin in the non emergency department as a Public Information Specialist Senior. Here I create large quantities of quality information based information and manage four different social media platforms. Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube. I have also gain over experience freelancing in other platforms as well.
