Luiz and his team did a great job. During my consultation, he was very knowledgeable and informative. He talked me through everything about the grass and the steps to the process. This is why I chose him. I wanted someone who didn’t just want to do the job, but cared about the care, maintenance, and achieving the results I wanted. I found Lou's Lawn Care on Thumbtack. Luiz contacted me and made an appointment the next day to come look at the lawn. His estimate was less than I had expected so I expanded the work I wanted done. He kept me informed when the sod was purchased and when he would arrive, which was a few days later. I paid through Zelle. He arrived with his help, raked the leaves, put down a soil bed and then the turf. He inspected thoroughly, made sure the turf wasn't interfering with the sprinkler system and we tested that system together. He advised me how long to let the grass grow, when to water, when it would be safe to fertilize, the whole ball of wax. The lawn looks great and I couldn't be more pleased.
