Hi, I'm Alvaro, owner of irriGator. I'm a one-man sprinkler and irrigation repair business serving the Austin area. When you hire me, I'm the one who shows up, finds the problem and fixes it, usually on the same visit. I carry parts in the truck for most repairs. HOW PRICING WORKS Diagnostic visit: $95. I inspect the system, find the actual problem, and give you an exact price before any work starts. The $95 is waived if you go ahead with the repair. Some jobs take 5 minutes and some take 90, depending on access, roots and how buried things are. So some prices below are ranges, and I'll tell you exactly where yours lands before I start. SPRINKLER & IRRIGATION (parts and labor included) - Sprinkler head replacement: $95 first head, $45 each additional - Sprinkler head relocation: from $145 - New head added to a zone: $200 - Valve solenoid / valve top: $150 if accessible, up to $275 if the valve has to be located, dug out of roots, or needs the whole top replaced - Full valve replacement: from $250 - PVC line break: $150 to $350 depending on depth and digging - Controller/timer replacement: from $200 plus the controller - Wire tracing & fault finding: $250 to $400 - Full system tune-up: $175 - Extra work added during a visit: $85/hr plus parts, priced before I start.
