I called Rick and he came out the same day to access my pool. I had a bunch of DE sediment sitting on the bottom of my pool that I could not vacuum out myself. It looked like there was a thick layer of sand on the bottom of my pool and as it started to get warmer, we started having an algae bloom that made the pool green in addition to the sediment. Basically my pool was completely unusable and unsightly at best.
Rick came out twice to vacuum the sediment because the DE is a very fine particulate. He did a fantastic job and it looks amazing! He picks up his phone, arrives when he says he will be there and his prices were very fair. I cannot wait to refer him to my friends and clients! Excellent service.
