FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat fee of $200 for 3 hours of work. I include providing advice as to how to reduce your tax liabilities as part of my consultation work. Beyond the 3 hours, its a flat hourly rate of $100 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Pretty standard--first a phone call or meeting to learn about them. I have a questionnaire I have them fill out so that I know what subject areas I need to spend more time with and/or what documentation I might need. This speeds up my work and ensures that I am asking the right questions so as to reduce their specific tax liability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MBA from the University of Texas. I am both a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). I am one of the few people in the state of Texas who has both certifications/licenses.
