I used the semi-private lesson for my two boys, and our tennis pro did a really great job with them, and I felt that it was a very productive hour. This was their first lesson, and they really gained a lot. - Wayne Williams

I have been teaching at Corepower Yoga for the past 2 years, and I am looking to let go of some of my corporate studio classes and really hone in on individuals who would like to get more one-on-one attention. Whether you are a beginner who wants to learn the basics or a more advanced yogi who wants to polish your practice, I will completely customize the class to your experience level and your goals. My past clients include both casual and competitive athletes (muscle flexibility and strength training), business professionals (stress and tension management), senior citizens (increased vitality, joint and muscle relief), and women during pregnancy. Some of the styles of yoga I specialize in are the following: * Vinyasa -- we flow with control and conscious breath, connecting the breath to each movement. * Hot -- this one incorporate poses from Bikram yoga and tackles every part of the body. Oh, and it gets real hot (more difficult for a home practice). * Restorative -- if you want to feel like you just got a massage, this is the class for you. We loosen our body's fascia tissue as we hold postures for 3-5 minutes in a calm, serene setting. I look forward to connecting!

After living in Austin for over ten years, I've grown into a mature young man who has many gifts and talents. For a few years, I've been volunteering with non-profit organizations to reach across cultures and invite the youth to integrate positively in tennis and socially through dance. I speak three languages & use them throughout my lessons. The lessons on court, on stage are also life lessons off court and for life. Most of my pupils (ranging from all ages) have little to no experience in these areas. However, if there is a player who is USTA ranked higher than 5.0, then the coaching lesson becomes even more custom. Let's laugh and dance in life, and if we can play tennis, so be it because we will decompress with stretches and massages. During the school year, we have early 6.00 am classes before school. I can also deliver the kids to the schools if the tennis courts are in the neighborhood. We also have after-school classes any time after 2:30. Weekend classes are just a bit more expensive. Thank you for your consideration.
