- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This depends on the work on hand larger project may be flat rate others will be hourly depends if I could save my costumers money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will talk with the customer and find out the issue and find the best solution to make the repairs, I will also in form my customers of my findings and help them to save money on the repairs if possible. I also work hard for my money and if I can save them money I will do so.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken classes every year to maintain my licenses and carry insurance per the State of Texas Plumbing Broad of Examiners.
