Removed grass and put down fresh zoysia sod. Finished the job within 36 hours of first contact. I was in a rush, if I had more time I would have preferred more soil prep. He and his workers were delightful.

Sanchez and his family were great. I needed to remove two trees due to the freeze of last year. He responded to my messages within an hour, gave me a reasonable estimate and got the job done in one day. I will be using Sanchez for future project. Highly recommend.
