I hired Hen's Bread Productions for a 34 video educational course and a 5 video YouTube series for Genesis Drum & Bugle Corps (genesisdbc.org). I hired them because when i interviewed them, I liked their people and I thought their personalities would work well with the performers (students) and educators at Genesis. After over 2 weeks of filming on site with our people, not a single complaint about anything from hundreds of students and dozens of educators. They all loved Jacob and working with Hen's Bread Productions. In fact, one of our staff members even hired them for their wedding afterward. I can tell the kids loved Hen's because of how they performed when the cameras were around. The footage we got was absolute electric, cinematic gold. The best footage we have ever had by far. Both because of the filmography and the fact that our performers were excited to have Hen's on site. The finished product which you will find here: https://learn.genesisdbc.org/courses/drum-major-essentials blew us away even more than the filming experience and it is safe to say this won't be the last project we do with Hen's Bread Productions. Delivery was on time, to spec, and exceeded expectations. The little touches they added in the edit to keep the educational content engaging put the course over the top. We have had a huge amount of positive feedback from our community about the product and I think it has already made a huge positive impact on our brand which was one of the goals we set out to achieve with this project. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We're a one-stop-shop for video filming and post production in Austin, TX. We do travel outside of Austin, but there may be a travel fee associated with the estimate. We currently have two discounts going for our clients. (1) We color your raw footage with order of our Video Cart Service. (2) we also provide a hard drive mailed out with order of our cart service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to what needs to be made, then we figure out the start date. Typically video is delivered within 15 business days of filming.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
One of my employees has training with a drone license. I've learned video and business just trial by fire. I have a passion for video production that started back in High school, once the pandemic hit I decided to get back into it by starting Hen's Bread Productions.
