- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to discuss pricing with my clients on an individual basis so that both the customer and I can ensure both of our needs are met.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The very first thing I like to do with a new customer is have a conversation with them either in person or over the phone. This conversation serves as a building block from which both the costumer and I can discuss what we need to do to ensure my clients expectations are not only met but exceeded.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied film production at the Colorado Film School and San Francisco State University, both top 25 programs according to the Hollywood Reporter.
