- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$100 hour for video and photo work is standard. $25 hour for editing. Will negotiate for longer blocks of time and depending on the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with clients on the phone and develop a report. On the phone I like to get as much information as possible about the clients desires for their shoot so I can provide accurate pricing and expectations for shooting upfront. This ensures that both parties will feel comfortable moving forward once all details have been discussed and laid out verbally so these details can then be easily translated to a written contract that both parties can review and reach agreement on.
