We had a pinhole leak in our water heater which was discovered in the early hours of the morning. After putting the call out on Thumbtack, All Nation Restoration quickly responded and followed up via phone. Once we discussed the issue, they even recommended a plumber to address the water heater while their team was en route. Thankfully, the leak was minor, but All Nation certainly helped save us from additional damage and future issues. The whole team was lovely to work with, too!

I was serviced by Chris and it was an excellent experience. I had concerns for a variety of potential mold issues and Chris not only took his time to evaluate each one of them during our consultation, but he also clearly explained how they could or could not present an issue in the future. Thankfully, all was well in the end and Chris had also provided some tips on how to not get upsold on certain services to address these potential issues in the future. That degree of transparency is highly valued for myself, and if I ever have an issue in the future I know who I can trust and will call for service.
