The Steam Team provides transparent, upfront pricing based on the scope of work, size of the affected area, and services required. We do not charge hidden fees, and we explain all costs before work begins. Discounts or promotions may be available for certain services, and we work directly with insurance companies when applicable to help simplify the claims process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with an initial call to understand the situation and urgency of the job. For restoration services, we respond quickly to assess the damage, document conditions, and begin mitigation if needed. We then outline a clear plan of action, provide pricing, and keep the customer informed throughout the project until completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Steam Team’s technicians are professionally trained and IICRC-certified, adhering to industry standards for water damage restoration, cleaning, and remediation. We are also licensed by the State of Texas for mold remediation and maintain ongoing training to stay current with best practices, equipment, and safety protocols. Continuing education is at the core of what we do, allowing us to deliver the highest level of cleaning and restoration service possible.
