I was having a problem with low hot water pressure and it was not getting hot enough after a repair my husband made to a corroded fitting on the top of the water heater. Tim arrived on time to give me an estimate of the work and then got right to work. The price was competitive and he was done in no time. I have hot water pressure again!

Tim did a great job on my HWH replacement. Though he wasn’t the cheapest bid I received, he definitely seemed most competent and professional. He replied to my inquiry right away, called when he said he’d call, and arrived for the quote and the installation when he said he’d be there. He got my current system up to code including installing a drain line to the outside. He answered all my “silly” questions and showed me how to perform regular maintenance on my own. He had to take apart the cabinet that holds the HWH to remove the old one and install the new one. Upon completion the cabinet was put back together really well and I never would have noticed that it was taken apart. I think he did a great job and I will be keeping his number in my phone for any other work needed.
