I'm a little late posting this review, but better late than never. I used Garrison twice for new toilet installation, and I must say that their work is impeccable. They installed modern, one-piece toilets in each of our three bathrooms, and we couldn't be happier with their work. They worked quickly and efficiently, kept their work areas extremely clean, and disposed of product packaging and the old toilets they had removed. We've had no issues with any of their work in the 8-9 months since completed, and we will definitely use them again in the future for any plumbing needs. They are a little pricier than a few of the other plumbers that I obtained quotes from, but I feel like the extra cost is justified when it comes to plumbing, especially when it involves upstairs plumbing.

They quoted based on the situation without "coming out and seeing" (with a caveat that it had to be what I said it was of course) and they stuck with that quote and finished the job quickly/easily. No issues.

I hired Garrison Plumbing remotely; as I live in Houston and needed to get plumbing repairs completed in Austin. Installation of 2 toilets with a flange repair; leaking pipe from an upstairs bathroom, replacement/installation of a new kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal in which all were in very bad shape. The entire team was pleasant to work with from start to finish. Excellent customer service and communication, very professional. Everything was handled with care and they went above and beyond to get the work done. Definitely would hire them again in the future.

Garrison Plumbing repaired our water main line after it was improperly serviced by an unlicensed plumber. Tyler and Tyler were exceptional and we could not be happier with the repairs! They were very professional, clearly knew what they were doing, and worked hard to fix the problem quickly (but with absolute care) so we could get our water back on. Scheduling and communication was also great. They were transparent with pricing, and the estimate was exactly what we paid after the work was completed. They even went above and beyond to do extra work at no charge after we had second unrelated problem come up unexpectedly. We will definitely be using them again for any of our other plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

We explain our exact concept of their problem, we relay pricing before we start work just in case the work is different then what was explained over the phone or email spec situations. We get the work performed correctly and test after work is done, We accept payment from the customer only when completely satisfied but same day of service always.
