His assistant and he both showed up ahead of schedule, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had it done all in less than 24 hrs. This was for a leak in our shower/bath.

Definitely a great guy. He was very responsive at all times. Fair price and definitely did not let me hanging at home waiting forever as others usually do. He also does another things, which it was awesome to know as well. I will definitely work with him when I buy my water softener and for other stuff as well.
