CP Water Solutions made the decision making of my water softener purchase and installation flawless. Charles was super easy to work with, and he took the time to listen to my needs and questions regarding the purchase, use and investment in a large houshold purchase like this. Charles thoroughly discussed with me regarding my specific connection issues, as in how they were going to connect, as my plumbing was not already plumbed for a water softener and where they could or could or could not install it in my garage. CP's price point was very competitive and fair, especially compared to the areas corporate/nationwide companies price estimates for the same services. The installers answered any questions I had during the installation process and made sure I understood how to properly run the system for the best efficiency and cleaned up all the areas they worked in. I prefer to use local small businesses whenever I can, and I am so happy I found CP Water Solutions!
