- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can range depending on the scope. Based on your requirements for the project and initial consultation then we will give an estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a free consultation to make sure we are a fit for each other. We are not a fit for everyone and we choose who we work with very carefully. 1 Research Listen to your thoughts, concerns, and vision for the project. Then I gather all materials to prepare for an initial draft and dig into your audience to begin the magic. 2 Build Create a projected outline/timeline/sitemap for the project, schedule the initial drafts, schedule meetings, and get to work. 3 Implement After the preliminary page designs have been approved, they will need finishing touches and your final approval to be organized on the site. 4 Analyze This includes migration, any link re-directs, and security checks after migration. Afterward, I analyze the site's copy, messaging, positioning, and final approval of everything.
