Introduction: Established in 2013. Zen Windows was founded in 1998 after deciding it was time to create a totally new way of shopping for window replacement. Homeowners tell us how much they like doing business with us and how easy we make the whole process. They love dealing with us because they can tell how much we care about getting them great results at a reasonable price without even having to come into their home. This is exactly how we would want our window buying experience to be - helping people improve their home, but without the uncomfortable sales calls and other stresses associated with traditional home improvement. This place was amazing! No awkward salesman coming to your house for a consultation, just a simple online process. I worked with James and he was amazing, extremely knowledgeable and patient with our questions and changes to our order. The actual installers were very professional and thorough with their work. I will be suggesting Zen Windows to anyone I know that needs windows or patio doors in the future.

Luke and his team were so easy to work with from the very first email. Professional, responsive, helpful, transparent are all words I would use to describe Zen Windows. We had two windows that needed to be replaced, and Luke was proactive from the start - helping us figure out the most cost-effective way to get high-quality windows. We made the appointment for the on-site estimate, and Aric was on-time, knowledgeable and thorough. Our windows came in sooner than was estimated and Aric came back for the installation. Once again, on-time and made sure the installation was perfect. I really liked that I became familiar with Luke and other members of his team, such as Aric and Misty. I will always go back to Zen Windows because I know I will get fair pricing and excellent service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Zen Windows if you want a professional, no hassle experience with your project!

This place was great to work with. Simple online process with really quality windows and installation. They were more responsive and professional than the few other companies we talked too. A great process from start to finish. I only ordered a single window, a kitchen garden window, but was always treated like a top priority. The window was manufactured earlier than expected and expertly installed.

Very happy with the whole experience.No high pressure sales.Dan was very helpful and gave me some options that saved a substantial amount of money compared to other window vendors.Windows look great, installation was fast and crew cleaned everything up after.So glad I found Zen Windows...

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Zen Windows pricing differs for each project as all windows and doors are made custom for each homes specific project. We believe in upfront and fair pricing and not in marketing tactics such as large discounts or free windows to win our clients over.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Zen Windows is an online based replacement window and door company. What this means is that we do not come into your home with a pushy 2-4 hour sales consultation, instead we discuss your project with you over the phone and via email. We then provide you with a quote for the replacement project. If/when you choose to move forward with our company, we then have our installer come out to take exact measurements prior to your new doors and windows being made custom for your project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our installers have been installing windows for over 20 years and are experts in their craft. With our 100% lifetime and transferable warranty you can be sure that we will do the job correctly, the first time.
