Manny looked at them and determined I could fix them by replacing the balancers. The job was quick and now I have five working windows even my kids can open. I'm very happy with the service. Boris is awesome! I let him know the issue and he provided a rough estimate and set up an appointment to inspect the window in person THE NEXT MORNING. Great communicator, super responsive. He came and looked at the window, gave an updated quote that was LOWER THAN THE ORIGINAL. Great value. Set up a time to come back and repair once the replacement window arrived. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely use again!

Raonel arrived on time, was friendly and professional. He provided us a line-by-line estimate on the cost to replace each window. When it came to doing the work, he did a clean and tidy job by minimizing damage to the timber frame when replacing the glass so no decorating work was needed. Boris and the Heart Glass team were amazing. We had a large number of windows that had lost their seal and become unsightly. Boris is a great communicator, quick to respond to your request and helps you understand the window needs honestly. He knows his stuff and was able to take care of replacing our window glass, some VERY high without any issue. He got the materials including a not so common color (bronze) for the metal very fast and even helped to repair some of the old weather stripping around some windows that had come loose for free. He gave us a fair price and it was a really good experience to work with Boris and his team. Thank you!
