Introduction: I teach from a perspective that glorifies individuality based on the cutting edge of anatomy, and with a light heart. I will not speak a second language, I will tell you like it is, and there will be plenty of laughs along the way. I love seeing people move from their own inner expression. To see the joy on their face when they have an "aha!" moment and actually feel something deep within their practice that releases an emotional blockage.
