However, I can work with you to help you discover what works for you. I customize each private training session with your individual needs and goals in mind. I teach yoga, personal training, and lifestyle coaching. The first step is often the hardest, so congratulations of beginning your journey toward a better life: fitting into those skinny jeans, toning up, reducing stress, or whatever your goals may be. Yoga Newbie - I was completely new to yoga when I had my first session with Sid. I liked the idea of private sessions because I'm the gal in a group class who's going left when everyone else is going right. Before our first session, I had told Sid why I wanted to do yoga and my ultimate goal. I was very nervous before the first session, but Sid's serene demeanor put me at ease. I have since had weekly sessions with her, and each session brings me closer to my goal. I sleep much better and my balance has improved. Sid incorporates soft music and aromatherapy, making the experience as relaxing as possible. As she leads me through each pose, she is able to describe specifically what I should do so that I am able to follow. She also encourages me to listen to my body so that I do not injure myself. I highly recommend Sid because she is so encouraging and my sessions are truly designed for me.
