Your goals are my number one priority. I will work with you to find out what these are and, most importantly, WHY you want to achieve them. I will then design a customized solution tailored to motivate you and meet your needs and interests.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My journey in this field began with my interest in fitness, which motivated me to get certified as a yoga, pilates and group fitness instructor, as well as a personal trainer. While working with clients, I came to understand that exercise without proper nutrition does not produce ideal results, especially when it comes to weight loss, so I set out to get the knowledge I needed by completing a Masters in Human Nutrition and becoming a certified weight loss coach.
