Alexis is an amazing yoga teacher! As a beginner, I really appreciated how she adjusted the session to match my skill level while still challenging me. I learned new asanas, got a great workout, and had so much fun in the process. Her positive energy and personalized approach made theexperience enjoyable and motivating.

I'm new to yoga and her class was the perfect intro. She helped guide me thru the movements and gave me adjustments for some of the poses I couldn't do due to injury. Definitely will be back!
