- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices vary just as the designs of houses vary. our installations typically range between $3.50 to $6 per linear ft of gutter and downspout needed. our Quality never varies and it is guaranteed on every job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will go by the home and measure so we can provide the customer with a free and accurate quote that is submitted via email. We follow up and answer any questions that come up from the bid. If accepted installation is typically within 5-7 days. At that point I will send an invoice via email that can be paid online, but only once the customer is 100% satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Attended college after high school at Sam Houston State University, played football for the bearkats for 3 years before moving into the work force. As far as gutters only training is on the job experience and learning from our very experience crew leader who has over 10 years of installation experience.
