- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Bi-weekly cleanings run from $85 to $130 depending on the home and the services required. One time cleanings are $200 to $300, again cost depends on the home and services required. We do not charge by the hour so you always know what each cleaning cost. Our quotes may be on the high side and may be lowered once we see the home and talk to the client about their specific needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients expect different things when it comes to cleaning services. Before starting any new job, I meet personally with the client to view the house and discuss what they expect, learn any problem areas they may have with prior services and to make them feel confident we will provide more than the level of service they desire. Usually this meeting will include the staff member responsible for providing their cleaning service. I believe it is important for the client to meet and forn a trust with the individual responsible for cleaning their home. All clients have my cell phone and are encouraged to call if any problems arise or if they just want to commend a staff member. I also encourage direct communication between the client and their personal cleaner. We normally assign 1 staff member to clean you home, if large enough maybe 2. Unless required we do not change this person and if we have to you are notified in advance. Our service is provided on a "scheduled" basis so the client always,knows who will be cleaning their home and on what day and time they will be at the house. If you have a shift worker in the family we try to adjust the time to work with their schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While no formal training I have been cleaning houses in the area for over 25 years. I still clean houses on a scheduled basis but also periodically work with staff members to make certain they are providing a professional grade service. I perform unscheduled visits to ensure they are providing a professional grade of service. In those years I have listened to my clients and the problems they encountered with other service providers. My service is modeled to address those problems.
