The first day they were suppose to show up - they were a no show. I called, texted and sent message via thumbnail. Several hours after they were suppose to show, someone finally called back and said they would not make it. They could come the next day at 9. The next day, no one was there at 9. I called and go someone. They said they were on the way and be there in 45 min. They showed up an hour and a half later. They were doing a move out cleaning. They had no broom, no mop and limited cleaning supplies. They had a swifter. A move out cleaning needs a mop. They had a checklist of items to do. The cleaner thought she was done after an hour. I showed her to clean the window sill (per her checklist) you have to raise the blind and actually wipe the sill. There was still toothpaste in the sinks. She was clueless but tried.
