I reached out to a number of companies but what separated them from others was Candace's resposnivess, professionalism and being able to answer tehnical questions both about the product and the installation process itself (and believe me those were a long list of questions as I did my homework!). I simply had to send some pictures for her to evaluate the labor and materials within 30 mins. Her estimate was not the lowest among the 5-6 quotes I took both from established plumbing companies and small businesses but she left no stone unturned in explaining the value of the work I will be getting and all this she did sitting 200 miles from me through text. I am a Professional Engineer myself and I could tell how confident she is of her company's work and products she installs. I also did my research on the Shell brand independently and was validated her statements and had no doubts choosing her company. Derrick came to install and was right on time. He worked throughout the day for over 10 hours alone installing a loop line, digging under buried roots, laying pipes and even found an intlligent solution for my sewer line. He had the right equipments and above all dedication to complete the work at the promised qualiy and time. He primed the system after install, loaded salt and retested the water to demonstrate that the system is working. At the end of the day when he was done, I had soft water coming out of my taps (and this is a place with 12 GPG+ hardness). I have no hesitation referring Soft H20 and specifically Candace's management and Derrick's skills and work ethic. They have earned customer for life here. Thank you!"See more
