- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am always willing to negotiate. My preferred methods of cost are either hourly or percentage of construction cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters of Architecture degree from an accredited university. This allowed me to sit for the architectural registration exams to ultimately obtain my license as an architect. In school I learned to use the most popular software in the architectural design industry allowing me to develop concepts and documentation quickly. In practice i have learned about building systems and have gained knowledge on how a building is put together. This allows me to affectingly communicate with contractors and help deliver projects.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all levels of customers that are in the market for an architect's services. This includes clients that are wanting construct a house for themselves, small businesses, and large corporate entities.
