I would highly recommend customer service is great and they always make sure I'm comfortable and I'm always satisfied with the results the only reason that I gave it a 4 is that I had a bad break out when I did a full face threading. now that was a bad idea to do full face threading but other then that everything is great and that is my to go too for my eyebrows threading will want to try other thing too including coloring oh and I almost forgot had my first ever underarm wax and I have to say it was an amazing experience she made me feel confident and comfortable.
