Joann's son, John, pet sat for 1 dog and 2 cats for 9 days since she was overbooked. He did an excellent job. I left several typed pages of notes for him, which he followed perfectly. He left the house in as good a shape or better than he found it. He emptied the trash, washed sheets, etc. He gave our dog all of the meds that she was taking. He was punctual about dog walking. He also took a few photos and let us know of any odd behavior from our pets. I would hire either of them again.

I have been so busy, I'm late in review. Joanna is very trustworthy , friendly and loves our pets. She also helped bring our trashcan and mail in without notifying her in advance knowing we traveled and noone was in. Our pets were happy and healthy when we came back.

Joann took great care of my 3 little guys while I was gone and kept me informed of their doings (mostly sleeping) with pics. She's friendly and really cares about the pets as if they were her own. I didn't worry once while I was gone. I will definitely be using her in the future.

Absolutely wonderful! I'm so grateful I found her. I just moved to Texas and I don't have any family, and she has been there for me and my three kitties. I have two elderly cats, one with a health condition and one kitten. They love her and so do I. She also watered my plants, which I sincerely appreciate.
