We ordered: - Spaghetti w/ Meat Sauce (2 Serving Pans) - Chicken Spaghetti w/ Alfredo Sauce (2 Serving Pans) - Green Beans (2 Serving Pans) - Italian Garden Salad (1 Large Serving Bowl) - Blue Cheese, Honey Mustard & French Dressings (1 - 16 oz. bottles ea.) - Non-Crusty Italian Rolls (white & wheat) . . . and we received everything but the Green Beans. We also had some complaints from come of our guests that the spaghetti didn't have enough meat sauce. This was the 1st time I've had any problems with Pam's Catering and we don't expect any issues in the future. I will still order products/meals from her in the future and will contine to recommend her business to other organizations.

Pam Moore is quite the perfectionist and it comes across very strongly in her delivery and presentation of her product. Her food is very, very good. Her service is impeccable and she is truly an absolute delight to work with. She takes complete control of your catering and makes you feel 100% at ease.

Pam is very thorough and plans well to make your event the best. The food is not only delicious, but beautiful in appearance. The guests always make raves about how excellent everything is. Pam can always be counted to present and display excellence. Can't think of what could have been better, everything was great!!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to always do an interview with the customer and do a site inspection, so there will be no surprises on the day of the event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked over 3 years with a chef who taught at a culinary school. And with the internet, it's very easy to stay up-to-date with the latest innovations in event planning.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Working with my family in the wedding business years ago. I learned so much from my mother-n-law (the cook), on preparing food. I loved it from day one. I have a passion for food service.
