- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to always do an interview with the customer and do a site inspection, so there will be no surprises on the day of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked over 3 years with a chef who taught at a culinary school. And with the internet, it's very easy to stay up-to-date with the latest innovations in event planning.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Working with my family in the wedding business years ago. I learned so much from my mother-n-law (the cook), on preparing food. I loved it from day one. I have a passion for food service.
