FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The biggest decision I made when developing my business model was to opt out of signing on with insurance. Because I am not relying on insurance companies to pay me, I can take on fewer patients in a day. This allows me to spend more time with each patient I do see, provide more hands on treatment, and really focus on creating a unique value for my clients. This type of personalized care is uncommon and will often lead to faster healing results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New patients can expect a full evaluation the first visit, as well as a personalized home exercise program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to graduate school at a private university in North Chicago and knew early on I wanted to treat musculoskeletal injuries. I have years of manual training and have studied the Maitland approach to clinical assessment and treatment. In addition to extensive training with both clinical reasoning and treatment approaches, I've focused my efforts on addressing athletic type injuries. I have experience treating professional athletes in Chicago and military recruits at Great Lakes Naval Academy.
