This was our first experience with using a property manager for a rental home, and it could not have been better. Jarrid was the consummate professional, taking care of everything from make-ready through advertising and interviewing prospective tenants and all the way through to move-out. Routine maintenance issues were handled without our needing to get involved, which meant no late-night phone calls from tenants. Jarrid was extremely prompt in responding to our questions, and went out of his way to take care of us. 10/10 recommend

We just ended living at this house for over 3 years. Property Management Jarrid is amazing and Daniel from maintenence is amazing. Any issue was resolved extremly quick, we had 0 issues all 3 years. We only moved to downsize becayse we have no more children at home. If your looking to lease, Jarrid is your guy !!!
