Pictures speak for themselves. I do all my own work and never contract out jobs. I have been in the business since I was 17. Now, I'm 28 and have been doing this for 6 years. I am employed by Best Buy/Fry Electronics and almost 5 on my own full time. I am insured and bonded.

Mike Smith was freaking outstanding, He was on time, I gave him a task on what I needed to be done, and he executed that task in a timely manner and the ending result far exceeded what I was expecting. I will say there is nothing like calling someone for a job, telling him/her what you want done, and it gets done just the way you imagined. He didnt even take a coffee break, in and out.

Within 5 minutes of asking for help to help us regain the function we should have, and once had, Michael called us from Sublime Home Theater. I explained what I was trying to accomplish and he gave me an estimate right there. We scheduled the appointment and he called the day of to confirm. He called later telling me he was running s few minutes late, was rolling and gave me an estimated time, which happened. He and George were very helpful. I have a Bachelors, a Masters and a Doctorate, but electronics is not my game. He made us feel great about this and I would have him back here in a flash for any of our electronic needs.

Price was as quoted only paid more for his mount which was cheaper then store. Was very professional and courteous. Michael cleaned up after himself and was very informative about the process. He will mount my daughters TV in a few weeks !!!
