Next, we drill a limited number of one- to quarter-inch-wide holes with our carbide- or diamond-tipped drills only through the immediate surface of the concrete (water lines, sprinkler lines, electrical lines, sewer lines, etc. are left untouched). Nothing else is penetrated. We then pump a well-churned, proprietary mix of topsoil, portland clay, and cement into those holes, under hydraulic pressure, until the void is filled and the troubled area is raised and corrected. We then administer a water-running test, as well as a level specification check. The predrilled holes are then filled and patched with the same concrete that the area is composed of, leaving nothing but a leveled and stabilized area. Finally, we thoroughly clean our work area.
