- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price quickly based on your specific service requests. I am also clear about what is “included” and what isn’t.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we speak, you sign an engagement letter and we begin the work. Everything is done remotely and documents signed electronically. If a paper form needs to be mailed to the IRS, we will mail it to you with everything you need to complete the process. If you are local to us, we might send it to you via a Courier Service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters Degree from the University of Texas Austin and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. I also have some training from the school of hard knocks 😁. I have been an investor since 2011, I have built my own business, and I have done a lot of research and study of clients who are financially successful in careers, businesses, real estate, etc. This is what I share with my clients.
